I’m going to teach you that fitness can actually be FUN! Whether you want to work out at home or in the gym, the Total Transformation Studio will be perfectly customized for your goals and physique desires. I typically start my new clients with a 4 day a week lifting + HIIT training combo to prep your body to train, but afterwards everyone graduates into the style of exercise they like the most with access to thousands of streamable workouts right on your phone or computer.

There are two common misconceptions about healthy eating. 1) Healthy eating is difficult + time consuming. 2) Healthy eating is boring, and you're going to feel totally restricted. Sorry sister, but that just isn’t the truth. You’ll be following a SIMPLIFIED clean eating nutrition plan custom to you and your goals, and learning about proper portion control! No calorie or macro counting necessary. What I want to give you is food FREEDOM, and nutrition habits that you can actually stick with for the rest of your life, not just throughout our time together.

I attribute a huge part of those statistics to a lack of support and accountability, which is why I created a private online community where all of my clients track their workouts daily + help to keep each other accountable. You will have access to this VIP accountability group for an entire year.

We can’t change what we don’t track, which is why we will be using a combination of weight, body measurements, habit tracking, and progress pictures to make sure you’re getting where you want to go in your fitness journey! You will be taking progress pictures every Monday morning for accountability purposes and sending them privately my way. #girlcode they’re private AF.
