Homemade Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Bars

1.5 cups oat flour (aka oats blended)
.5 cups non flavored protein powder
.5 cups plain rice cereal
.5 cups pure maple syrup
.5 cups plain peanut butter
pinch of salt
tsp vanilla
3 tbsp dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil

Mix everything except for the chocolate + coconut oil. Press into smallish pan with parchment paper placed beneath. Pop in the freezer for 10 minutes. Melt chocolate and coconut oil (you can be fancy fo sho and do this on the stove, but I use the microwave lol). Drizzle chocolate on top then put back in the freezer until the chocolate is solid. Cut into bars and try not to eat the whole pan at once. Good luck.
